Fish Fry

FISH FRY


Ingredients:

1. Fish - 1/2 Kg 
2. Chilly Powder - 1 tbsp
3. Salt - 1 tsp
4. Oil - Little for shallow fry

How to Prepare:

Marinate the fish with chilly powder and salt. You can add ginger garlic paste for additional flavour. (I didnt use this time) Keep it for 1 hour.



In a tawa, pour a little oil and shallow fry the fish pieces on a medium flame. When its cooked and fried on one side, turn it and let it cook on the other side.



Fish fry is ready !!!!!
