Poori & Potato Masala

Poori

Ingredients:

1. Wheat Flour - 1 cup
2. Oil - 1 tsp
3. Water - As required
4. Salt - As required

How to Prepare:

Mix all the above ingredients and make a dough. Leave it for half an hour. Make it small balls and roll it with chappati roller. Deef fry the puris !!!!!



For Potato Masala:

Ingredients:

1. Potato - 3 nos
2. Onion - 1 (Chopped)
3. Green Chilly - 2 (Chopped)
4. Coriander leaves - few (chopped)
5. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp

For Tadka:

1. Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
2. Chana Dal - 1 tsp
3.Dry Red chilli - 2 pcs
4. Oil - As required

How to Prepare:

Boil the potatoes and mash it well.


Chop the onion and green chillies


Pour oil in a pan and put all the ingredients mentioned above in tadka.


Add the chopped onions and green chillies


Add turmeric power, salt and the coriander leaves


Lastly add the mashed potatoes and cook for 5 minutes on low flame till all the ingredients blend well.


Potato Masala is ready !!!!
