Achari Paneer


Achari Paneer

Ingredients:

1. Paneer - 1 cup
2. Onion - 1
3. Capsicum - 1
4. Tomato - 1
5. Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
6. Dry chillies - 5
7. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
8. Methi seeds - 1 tsp
9. Jeera - 1.5 tsp
10. Coriander seeds - 1tbsp

How to Prepare:

Add oil in the kadai and add the dry red chillies. Add mustard seeds, methi seeds, jeera and coriander seeds and fry them and keep it aside. Chop the tomato and capsicum. When it cools, grind it to a smooth paste along with the tomato and capsicum. Chop the onion.  Heat oil and add the chopped onions and saute. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute well. Add the grinded paste and cook for 3 minutes. Add the paneer and cover it and cook for another 5-6 minutes. When the gravy thickens, switch off the flame. Achari paneer goes well with roti annd rice.

 Chop the tomatoes & capsicum. Grind it along with the masala.Heat oil and add the onions

Add the ginger-garlic paste                                          Add the grinded masala paste

 Add the paneer                                                           Add water and cook till the gravy thickens

 Serve hot with rice or rotis!!!!
