Cheese Cake





Cheese Cake


Ingredients:

1. Digestive Biscuits - 1 small packet
2. Butter melted - 1/2 cup
3. Cream cheese bar - 1
4. Whipped Cream or powder - 1 tin
5. Icing sugar - 1/2 cup
6. Springform pan

How to Prepare:

Take the biscuits in the mixer after breaking into pieces. Grind it. Take a bowl add the grinded biscuit powder and add the melted butter and mix well. Grease the springform pan with little butter and put the biscuit mix in it and spread evenly. Refrigerate it. Now take the bowl and add the cream cheese (I used philadelphia cream cheese) and beat it with the hand mixer. Add icing sugar and whipped cream and beat it nicely until it comes to smooth paste. Pour it in the pan above the biscuit mixture and refrigerate it 5 to 6 hours. Keep it in room temperature for half an hour before you serve. Enjoy the cake!!!

 Keep ready cream cheese and whipping cream.           Take cream cheese in a bowl

 Add whipping cream and icing sugar                            Beat it with a hand mixer

Spread evenly. Refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
