Beetroot Pachadi (Without coconut)

Beetroot Pachadi

Ingredients:

1. Beetroot - 3 
2. Onion - 1
3. Green chillies - 2
4. Jeera - 1 tsp
5. Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
6. Dry chilly - 1
7. Curd - 1 small cup

How to Prepare:

Grate the beetroot and keep it aside. Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds. Add jeera and add the chopped onions and green chillies and saute well. Once the onion becomes translucent, add the grated beetroot and saute well. Add little water and cover it with a lid and cook for 10 minutes in a medium flame. Once it becomes cooked and little dry, switch off the stove. Once cooled down, beat the curd and add to the beetroot mixture and mix well. Garnish it with tempered dry chillies. Goes very well with plain rice.

 Once cooled down add curd                                        Mix well


Beetroot Pachadi is ready!!!
