Hummus


Hummus

Ingredients:

1. Chickpeas - 1 cup
2. Tahini - 1/2 cup
3. Lemon - 1
4. Olive oil - 3 tbsps
5. Garlic pods - 2

How to prepare:

Cook the chickpeas or you can use the chickpeas tin. Put the chickpeas, Tahini (click on it for the recipe), lemon juice, garlic pods and 2 tbsps of olive oil in a food processor and grind well until it becomes a fine smooth paste. Garnish it with the remaining olive oil and sprinke some cayenne pepper on the top.

Pictorial:

Put all the ingredients in the food processor              Grind it to a smooth paste


                   Garnish it with olive oil and sprinkle cayenne pepper on the top
