Strawberry Mousse |
Ingredients:
1. Strawberry - 1 cup
2. Jelly Powder - 1 packet
3. Sugar - 1/4 cup
4. Whipped Cream - 1 tin
How to prepare:
Clean and wash the strawberries. Grind it to a coarse paste. Filter the water from the strawberry paste as much as you can. Take a pan and add the filtered clear strawberry water and add 1 cup of water and bring it to boil. Keep the strawberry paste aside. Add jelly powder and the strawberry paste to the boiled strawberry water and mix well. Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour. In the mean time, whip the cream nicely and add sugar and mix well. Add the strawberry mixture to the whipped cream. Pour it in the glass containers and refrigerate it for 3 to 4 hours. After 3 hours when you take the glass and invert it, the mixture will not fall down, this is the correct form. Decorate with cream and strawberry fruit. Serve chilled.

After a hour, add the crushed strawberry paste Whip nicely the whipping cream
After whipped Add sugar and mix well

Add the whipped cream to the jelly, strawberry mix and gently fold well.
Pour the mixture to the glass and refrigerate it for 3 hours. After refrigerating when you take and invert the glass, the mixture should not fall down.
Add some whipped cream and strawberry on the top and serve chilled!!!!
