Strawberry Icecream


Strawberry Icecream

Ingredients:

1. Strawberry - 1 cup
2.  Sugar  - 3/4 cup
3. Fresh Cream - 1 tin
4. Chilled Milk - 1 cup

How to prepare:

Clean and wash the strawberries. Powder the sugar. Grind it coarsely. Take 2 tbsps of strawberry paste and keep it aside in the refrigerator. In the remaining strawberry paste add the powdered sugar and mix well. Add the fresh cream and mix well. Add the chilled milk. Mix well and pour it in the aluminium tray  and cover it with the aluminium foil and freeze it for 5-6 hours. Take the tray from the freezer and grind it again and add the remaining 2 tbsps of strawberry paste and mix well. Pour it in the plastic container and freeze it again. Serve chilled.
